Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a civil operator in the greater Northern Colorado Area. Should be able to demonstrate most or all of the following key responsibilities.

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, graders, loaders, rollers, skid loaders, or scrapers.

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and compaction.

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of machinery to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

• Read and interpret site plans and instructions from supervisors.

• Work collaboratively with site teams including mechanics, supervisors, and/or laborers.

• Report any defects or safety issues immediately.

• Carry out manual labor duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating civil machinery on an active construction site.

• Current Driver’s License

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

Foreman

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a civil foreman in the greater Northern Colorado Area. Should be able to demonstrate most or all of the following key responsibilities.

• We are seeking an individual that has experience managing construction projects (preferably civil) of various sizes.

• Will be responsible for managing an average crew size of 4 individuals. Must be able to direct people, equipment and overall site flow.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.

• Will work closely with supervisor and project manager to keep current project on time and within budget.

• Must be able to think critically and demonstrate strong problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Heavy Equipment operation

• Strong working knowledge of heavy civil construction including excavation, utilities (water, sewer, storm), concrete, grading, etc.

• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Competency in using basic technology (e.g. tablets, construction software, timekeeping apps).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and active construction sites.
